My Health Journey

I had struggled with weight gain and loss my whole life until I discovered that the diet mindset just doesn't work.... at least not long term.  I also tried every diet out there and lost weight...temporarily.  What these diets didn't teach me was the ultimate goal which is to live a healthy life for as long as possible.  By being consistent and getting over my perfectionist mindset, by choosing healthy, nutrient dense foods most of the time, by enjoying the foods I love in moderation, by NOT eliminating or vilifying entire food groups, and by finding exercise activities that I look forward to rather than dreading, I've been able to maintain a healthy weight for over ten years.... and I can coach you there too!
